摘 要:变压器短路过程中线圈位置的变化可影响漏磁场和绕组受力。为研究绕组电磁力和振动之间的耦合作用,文中基于镜像法,建立了变压器绕组漏磁场和电磁力的计算模型,计算了短路冲击下漏磁场和电动力分布。基于绕组弹簧—阻尼轴向振动模型,研究线饼的位移对绕组受力的影响,构建了变压器短路振动的电—磁—机械耦合模型。最后分析了短路电流和压紧力对振动响应的影响。计算结果表明,考虑耦合后,振动信号在频域上表现出较高的分散性,相较于静态计算,动态计算短路力修正系数为1.196。文中提及的短路振动分析模型,有助于形成变压器抗短路能力的动态评估方法,有效提升在运变压器的运行可靠性。The variation of position of coil during the short circuit period of transformer can affect the leakage mag-netic field and stress of the winding.In order to study the coupling effect between the electromagnetic force and the vi-bration of the winding,in this paper,the calculation model of the leakage magnetic field and the electromagnetic force of the transformer winding is set up on the basis of image method,and the distribution of the leakage magnetic field and the electrodynamic force under the short-circuit impact is calculated.Based on the winding spring-damp-ing axial vibration model,the influence of the displacement of the wire cake on the winding force is studied,and the electromagnetic mechanical coupling model of the short-circuit vibration of the transformer is constructed.Finally,the influence of short-circuit current and compaction force on vibration response is analyzed.The calculation results show that the vibration signal shows high dispersion in frequency domain after considering the coupling.Compared with the static calculation,the correction coefficient of the dynamic short-circuit force is 1.196.The short-circuit vi-bration analysis model mentioned in this paper is helpful to form a dynamic assessment method of short-circuit resis-tance of transformer and effectively improve operation reliability of the transformer.
