摘  要:现有的变压器保护措施受制于断路器固有动作时间,对油纸系统电弧放电导致的严重事故的保护效果欠佳。而基于电弧击穿前夕火花放电发展过程伴随的电量和非电量特征为判据的保护策略成为解决上述问题的有效方案。文中搭建了油纸绝缘典型放电类缺陷试验平台,基于脉冲电流与特高频检测分析了火花放电的谱图特性及其演变规律,研究了放电伴随的声信号时频特性及其发展规律。结果表明:随着绝缘缺陷不断劣化,放电相位左移,放电幅值与重复率增加且在过零相位区尤为显著,声信号主频不断下降;界面电荷累积效应是放电相位左移与过零相位放电重复率陡增的主要原因,声信号主频下降则与气泡动力学特性相关。文中研究成果可为新型油浸式变压器主动式保护方法的开发奠定一定基础。The protection measures of existing transformer are limited by the inherent operation time of circuit break-er and the protection effect for serious accidents due to arc discharge in the oil paper system is weak.However,the protection strategy based on the electric and non electric characteristics of spark discharge development process pri-or to arc breakdown becomes an effective solution to above problems.Therefore,a typical discharge defect test plat-form of oil paper insulation is set up in this paper.Based on pulse current and UHF detection,the spectral characteris-tics and evolution of spark discharge are analyzed,and the time-frequency characteristics and development of acous-tic signal accompanying discharge are studied.The results show that with the continuous deterioration of insulation defects,the discharge phase shifts to the left,the discharge amplitude and repetition rate increase,especially in the zero crossing phase region,and the dominant frequency of acoustic signal continuously decreases.The interface charge accumulation effect is the main reason for the left shift of the discharge phase and the sharp increase of the dis-charge repetition rate of the zero crossing phase.However,the decrease of the dominant frequency of the acoustic sig-nal is related to the bubble dynamics.The research results of this paper can lay a foundation for the development of a new type of oil-immersed transformer active protection method.
