摘  要:文中介绍了一起750 kV高压并联电抗器局放检测异常案例,通过带电检测和综合监护系统成功捕捉到了高压电抗器内部间歇性放电信号,进一步明确了微弱乙炔状态下的缺陷类型。通过超声传感器联合定位方法确定了局放源的位置,并通过解体确定了故障原因。本次高压电抗器局部放电信号异常的原因为电抗器内部由于长期振动的原因,导致电抗器出现了螺丝脱落,悬浮颗粒造成的油隙打火,而螺丝松动的原因为锁固剂涂覆不规范、螺栓紧固力矩不符合要求。通过对该案例缺陷的处理和分析,在高压电抗器安装、验收、运维检修等方面提出相应建议防止该类缺陷再次发生。In this paper,a partial discharge detection abnormality of 750 kV high voltage shunt reactor is introduced.The internal intermittent discharge signal of the high voltage reactor is captured through live detection and a integrat⁃ed monitoring system,and type of the fault under the weak acetylene condition is defined further.The position of the partial discharge source is defined through the joint location method of the ultrasonic sensor and the reason of the fault is defined through the disassembly.The reason for the abnormal partial discharge signal is due to long⁃term vi⁃bration inside the reactor,causing the screws to peel off and oil gap spark due to suspended particle.While,the rea⁃son of screw looseness is irregular application of the locking agent and the tightening torque of the bolts not comply⁃ing with requirement.Throughout the processing and analysis of the defect of the case,corresponding suggestions in the installation,acceptance,operation and maintenance of the high voltage shunt reactor are proposed so to prevent re⁃occurrence of such type of defects.
