摘  要:作为断路器中的关键组件,断路器合闸电阻在长期运行的过程中会承受巨大的机械和电流冲击,可能造成合闸电阻乃至断路器设备发生损坏。基于此,文中以典型LW13-800型罐式断路器为研究对象,建立了断路器合闸电阻数值仿真模型,计算了操动冲击力作用下合闸电阻的应力分布,分析了不同优化设计中的影响因素对合闸电阻应力的影响。研究结果表明:在同一电阻串上,最底端电阻片所受应力最大;合闸电阻串平均应力与操动冲击波形大致吻合;合闸电阻所受应力的平均值与操动冲击载荷呈正比例关系;在加装了纯铝过渡片后,可以对电阻串两端电阻片应力分布起到一定程度的改善。The pre-insertion resistor,as the key part of circuit breaker,can withstand huge mechanical and current impulse in the term operation,may cause the damage of the pre-insertion resistor and even circuit breaker.Based on this,the typical LW13-800 dead tank circuit breaker is taken as the research object in this paper,a numerical simu-lation model for the pre-insertion resistor of the circuit breaker is set up and the stress distribution of the pre-inser-tion resistor under the action of operating shock force is calculated,and the influence of different influencing factors on the stress of the pre-insertion resistor is analyzed.The research results show that on the same resistor string,the stress withstood by the bottom resistor is the highest.The average stress of the pre-insertion resistor string is roughly in agreement with the operating shock waveform.The average stress on the pre-insertion resistor is positively propor-tional to the operating shock load.After installing pure aluminum transition pieces,the stress distribution of the re-sistor discs at both ends of the resistor string can be improved to a certain extent.
