摘  要:高压开关柜作为电力系统的重要组成设备,其绝缘缺陷导致的设备故障会降低电网运行的安全性。局部放电检测在开关柜局部放电领域尚未行成统一的评判体系,为了提高开关柜绝缘缺陷的诊断水平,文中对多种局部放电测量方法进行灵敏性及有效性研究,明确了检测方法对于缺陷类型的适用性。文中设计并制作4种典型局部放电缺陷,搭建包含脉冲电流法,特高频法,超声法和暂态地电压法的局部放电多方法测量系统,在不同电压等级下测量局部放电信号并进行汇总。结果表明,在开关柜内,暂态地电压法和特高频法适用于所有类型缺陷的测量,超声法适用于测量悬浮缺陷和比较严重的尖端缺陷和沿面缺陷,无法对气隙缺陷产生的放电进行测量,脉冲电流法在测量除气隙缺陷外的其他3种缺陷类型时均有较高灵敏性,对气隙缺陷测量能力较差。High voltage switchgear cabinet is an important component of power system and its failure due to its insu-lation defects will reduce the safe operation of power grid.The unified judging system of partial discharge detection in the field of partial discharge filed of switchgear cabinet has not been formed.For improving the diagnosis level of insulation defects of switchgear cabinet,the sensitivity and effectiveness of various partial discharge measurement methods are studied in this paper and the applicability of detection methods for the type of defect is defined.In this paper,four typical PD defects are designed and made,and a multi-method measurement system of PD including pulse current method,ultra high frequency method,ultrasonic method and transient ground voltage method is built to measure and summarize PD signals under different voltage levels.The results show that in the switchgear cabinet the transient ground voltage method and UHF method are suitable for measurement all types of defects,while,the ultra-sonic method is suitable for measuring suspension defects and serious tip defects as well as surface defects,but is un-able to measure the discharge generated by air gap defects.The pulse current method has high sensitivity in the mea-surement of other three types of defects except air gap defects,but is weak in the measurement of air gap defects.
