摘  要:换流站交流滤波器为换流站提供无功,并进行谐波滤除,其断路器频繁投切,且承受交直流电压混合作用,合闸电阻结构产品故障率高。文中根据一起750 kV断路器故障情况,结合气体组分分析、故障录波、X射线检测等方法对其进行分析,并通过返厂解体验证分析方法的正确性。最后,对该类断路器合闸电阻故障进行总结并提出相应预判方法,以提前发现断路器内部故障。The AC filter provides reactive power for the converter station and eliminates harmonics,its circuit break-er switches frequently and withstands the mixed action of AC and DC voltage and the fault rate of the pre-insertion re-sistor Structure is high.In this paper,the fault of 750 kV circuit breaker is analyzed in combination with such detec-tion methods as gas component analysis,fault recording and X-ray detection fault,through disassembly at the manu-facturer,the correctness of the method is verified and analyzed.Finally,the fault of the pre-insertion resistor for the circuit breaker is summarized and corresponding prediction method is proposed to find the internal fault of the circuit breaker in advance.
