摘 要:为了促进柳蒿扦插繁殖及高效栽培,研究不同吲哚丁酸浓度(100,500和1000 mg·L^(-1))对柳蒿扦插生根的影响。结果表明,吲哚丁酸对柳蒿扦插生根有促进作用,3个浓度处理生根率、生根数、最长根长度、最短根长度、根茎数、根茎总长度均高于对照。浓度100 mg·L^(-1)处理扦插茎秆根系生长最好,测定各项指标均最高,其中生根数、最长根长度、根茎数显著的高于500和1000 mg·L^(-1)处理和对照(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,生根数与最长根长度、最短根长度、根茎总长度存在极显著正相关(P<0.01);最长根长度与最短根长度、根茎数存在极显著正相关;最短根长度与根茎总长度存在极显著正相关;生根率与根茎总长度显著正相关;生根数与根茎数存在显著正相关;最长根长度与根茎总长度存在显著正相关。In order to promote the cutting propagation and efficient cultivation of Artemisia selengensis Turcz.,the effects of different concentrations of indolebutyric acid(100,500,1000 mg·L^(-1))on the rooting of Artemisia selengensis Turcz.were studied.The results showed that indolebutyric acid had a positive effect on the rooting of cutting stems.The rooting rate,rooting number,longest root length,shortest root length,number of rhizomes and total length of rhizomes were higher than those of the control with the three concentration treatments.The root growth of cutting stems in 100 mg·L^(-1) treatment was the best,and all the measured indexes were the highest,among which the number of roots,the l ongest root length and the number of rhizome were significantly higher than those in the other three treatments(500,1000 mg·L^(-1),and CK)(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the number of rooting was positively correlated with the longest root length,the shortest root length and the total length of rhizome(P<0.01);The longest root length was positively correlated with the shortest root length and the number of rhizomes;There was a significant positive correlation between the shortest root length and the total length of rhizome;The rooting rate was positively correlated with the total length of rhizome;There was a significant positive correlation between rooting number and rhizome number;There was a significant positive correlation between the longest root length and the total length of rhizome.
