沥青胶结料高温变形评价指标及性能研究

摘  要:为研究沥青胶结料高温变形评价指标,根据PG分级标准和我国现行的针入度分级标准之间的特点,选用两种基质沥青和两种SBS改性沥青分别进行沥青胶结料PG高温分级和针入度分级。采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)测得抗变形车辙因子G^(*)/sinδ后,通过灰色关联法拟合25℃针入度、软化点、针入度指数PI、当量软化点T_(800)等与G^(*)/sinδ的相关性。根据研究结果可知当量软化点T_(800)与G^(*)/sinδ关联度最高。In order to investigate the high temperature stability evaluation indexes of asphalts,According to the characteristics between the performance grade standard and the penetration grade standard in our country,two kinds of matrix asphalt and two kinds of SBS modified asphalt are selected to carry out the performance grad high temperature grading and penetration grading of asphalt binder respectively.Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR)was used to measure the anti deformation rut factor G^(*)/sinδ.The correlation between G^(*)/sinδand 25℃penetration degree,softening point,penetration index PI,equivalent softening point T_(800)of was fitted by Grey correlation Method.According to the research results,the correlation between G*/sinδand equivalent softening point T_(800)is the highest.
