摘 要:考虑保持架涡动建立了角接触球轴承非线性动力学模型,基于该模型,先计算不同的内、外圈沟底直径组合对球滑动、轴承零件之间的相互作用力、内圈振动以及保持架动态稳定性的影响,再改变球直径和外圈沟底直径,以研究这些参数对轴承零件之间的相互作用力、内圈振动以及保持架动态稳定性的影响。结果表明:随内、外圈沟底直径减小,轴承零件的振动强度大体上呈现先减小后增加的趋势;增加球直径有利于减小轴承振动,但会使对应的最合理的内、外圈沟底直径增大。因此,选择合理的内、外圈沟底直径和球直径组合可以减小轴承零件之间的相互作用力及其波动,有利于提高保持架动态稳定性并降低轴承振动。Considering the whirl of cages,a nonlinear dynamic model is established for angular contact ball bearings.Based on the model,the influences of different combinations of inner and outer ring groove bottom diameters on ball sliding,interaction forces between bearing parts,vibration of inner rings and dynamic stability of cages are calculated firstly.Then,the ball diameters and outer ring groove bottom diameters are changed to study the influences of these parameters on interaction forces between bearing parts,vibration of inner rings and dynamic stability of cages.The results show that:as inner and outer ring groove bottom diameters decrease,the vibration intensity of bearing parts generally shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;increasing the ball diameters is beneficial to reduce the vibration of the bearings,but it will increase the most reasonable inner and outer ring groove bottom diameters correspondingly.Therefore,the reasonable combination of inner and outer ring groove bottom diameters and ball diameters can reduce the interaction force between bearing parts and fluctuations,which is conducive to improving the dynamic stability of cages and reducing the vibration of the bearings.
