摘  要:精密轴承作为回转机构的核心部件,其旋转精度、平稳性和寿命将直接影响整机的性能。预载荷准确加载可以有效提高轴承刚度,减小振动和噪声。在摩擦理论的基础上分析了成对及单套轴承低速动态摩擦力矩与预载荷的关系,提出了一种新的基于低速动态摩擦力矩的精密轴承预载荷测量方法,并通过试验确定了可能影响测量结果的关键参数为转速和施加在单套轴承上的载荷,结果表明该方法可以对轴承预载荷进行准确测量,且测量重复性优于传统测量方法。As core components of rotary mechanism,the operation precision,stability and life of precision bearings will directly affect the performance of whole machine.The accurate loading of preload is able to increase the stiffness of the bearings effectively and reduce the vibration and noise.Based on friction theory,the relationship between low speed dynamic friction torque and preload is analyzed for paired bearings and single bearing.A new measuring method for preload of precision bearings is proposed based on low speed dynamic friction torque.The key test parameters that may affect the measuring results are determined through experiments,such as rotational speed and load applied on single bearing.The results show that the proposed method is able to measure the preload of the bearings accurately and with better repeatability than conventional measuring methods.
