摘 要:为解决当前猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒毒株类型复杂、各毒株之间交叉免疫保护不佳的现状,本研究针对NSP2基因保守区域设计1对特异性引物,通过条件优化,建立一种能够快速区分经典株、高致病性毒株和NADC30-like毒株的检测方法。该方法与CSFV、PCV2、PRV、PEDV、TGEV无交叉反应。对不同毒株类型进行检测,结果显示该方法特异性强,能够将经典株、高致病性猪蓝耳病毒株和类NADC30株进行快速区分,为猪群快速区分PRRSV感染类型及疫苗的选择、使用提供科学防控依据。In order to distinction the complex types of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)strains and the poor cross-immune protection among the strains,a method was established to distinguish different types of PRRSV,including the classical strain,the highly pathogenic strain and the NADC30-like strain by the condition of optimization.The result indicated that it has no cross reaction with CSFV,PCV2,PRV,PEDV and TGEV.And the detection of different types of virus strains showed that the method was specific and could distinguish the three types of virus strains quickly,that's provides a rapid discrimination and selection basis of PRRS vaccines for prevention and control of epidemic diseases.
