番鸭关节炎病例鸭疫里默氏菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：为探究跛行番鸭的发病原因,采集关节内的脓性渗出物进行细菌分离,PCR鉴定细菌种属,琼脂扩散试验鉴定其血清型,纸片法分析其药物敏感性。结果,分离鉴定到1株血清1型鸭疫里默氏菌。该菌敏感的药物有阿米卡星、庆大霉素、新霉素、氟苯尼考和头孢氨苄等。此结果为该鸭场防治鸭疫里默氏菌病疫苗选用和临床用药提供了科学理论依据。In order to investigate the cause of lameness,the purulent exudate in the joint was collected for bacterial isolation,the bacterial species were identified by PCR,the serotype was identified by agar diffusion test,and the drug sensitivity was analyzed by disk method.The results showed that one serum type 1 Riemerell aanatipestifer strain was isolated and identified.The bacteria are sensitive to amikacin,gentamicin,neomycin,flufenicol and cephalexin.The results of this study can provide a scientific theoretical reference forthe selection of vaccines and clinical medication for the prevention and treatment of duck disease caused by Riemerell aanapestifer in this duck farm.
