摘  要:以辛酸钠为相转移催化剂,十八胺为配体剂,硼氢化钠为还原剂,制备了十八胺改性稳定有机可溶的铜纳米颗粒。采用^(1)H NMR对反应路径进行了探究,并通过红外光谱和XPS分析了铜纳米颗粒与十八胺之间的作用方式。透射电镜结果表明,铜纳米颗粒粒径为1~4 nm。溶有1%铜纳米颗粒的纳米油品可以在多种条件下长时间保存而不发生沉降。TGA的测试结果解释了铜纳米颗粒在溶液中具有高溶解度和高稳定性的原因。Organically soluble octadecamine modified copper nanoparticles were successfully prepared by using sodium octanoate as phase transfer catalyst,octadecamine as ligand agent and sodium borohydride as reducing agent.The reaction pathway was explored by ^(1)H NMR,and the mode of interaction between copper nanoparticles and octadecamine was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and XPS.TEM results show that copper nanoparticles have a particle size of 1~4 nm.Nano-lubricants dissolved with 1%copper nanoparticles can be stored for a long time without sedimentation under a variety of conditions.TGA test results explain the high solubility and stability of copper nanoparticles in solution.
