摘 要:以>350℃中低温煤焦油沥青为原料,依次通过正庚烷、甲苯和喹啉溶液将沥青分离成正庚烷可溶物(HS)、正庚烷不溶甲苯可溶物(HI-TS)、甲苯不溶喹啉可溶物(TI-QS)和喹啉不溶物(QI),然后通过调配得到不同组成的混合沥青,对其进行炭化得到炭化产物,探究各族组分的分子组成特点及其热解性能。通过元素分析、红外光谱(FTIR)、GPC、NMR、XPS等检测方法分析了原料沥青及其各族组分的组成,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、偏光显微镜等方法分析了不同炭化产物的结构。结果表明,中低温煤焦油沥青各族组分分子组成存在明显不同,其杂原子的赋存形态复杂,在不同的族组分中有着显著差异,导致其热反应活性存在显著差异。要得到高品质的炭化产物需控制HS组分的相对含量在40%~60%,TI-QS组分的相对含量不宜超过10%。The coal tar pitch(CTP)with medium and low temperature>350℃as raw material is separated into n-heptane soluble(HS),n-heptane insoluble toluene soluble(HI-TS),toluene insoluble quinoline soluble(TI-QS)and quinoline insoluble(QI)through n-heptane,toluene and quinoline solutions in turn,and then mixed asphalts with different compositions are prepared through blending,which are carbonized to obtain carbonized products,to explore the molecular composition characteristics and pyrolysis performance of various groups of components.The composition of raw asphalt and its components were analyzed by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),GPC,NMR,XPS and other detection methods,and the structures of different carbonized products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),polarizing microscopy and other methods.The results show that the molecular composition of various groups of medium and low temperature coal tar pitch is obviously different,and the occurrence of heteroatoms is complex.There are significant differences in different groups of components,leading to significant differences in their thermal reactivity.It was also found that the relative content of HS component should be controlled between 40%and 60%,and the relative content of TI-QS component should not exceed 10%in order to obtain high-quality carbonized products.
