摘 要:为了解决沥青路面粘层粘轮问题,将水性聚氨酯乳液掺加到乳化沥青中,制备出一种具有自迁移效果的聚氨酯乳化沥青(PUEA)粘层。通过对不同水性聚氨酯乳液掺量的PUEA粘层不粘轮效果分析,水性聚氨酯乳液最佳掺量为3%,且PUEA-3(掺量3%)粘层在70℃具有优异的不粘轮效果。另外,通过红外光谱、接触角和电子显微镜分析得出,PUEA粘层上表面聚氨酯含量高于下表面层,PUEA粘层在成型过程中聚氨酯自主迁移至粘层表面。通过将水性聚氨酯乳液用于沥青路面粘层,使得掺加少量水性聚氨酯乳液,粘层具有优异的不粘轮效果。自迁移效果的PUEA粘层在公路沥青路面新建和养护中具有重要的应用价值。A new type of polyurethane emulsified asphalt(PUEA)tack coat with self-migration function was prepared by adding waterborne polyurethane to solve the problems of tracking in emulsified asphalt tack coat.Through the analysis of the trackless effect of PUEA tack coat with different content of waterborne polyurethane,the optimal content of waterborne polyurethane was 3%,and the PUEA-3(content of 3%)tack coat has excellent tracking resistance at 70℃.In addition,the analysis by FTIR,contact angle and electron microscope show that the polyurethane content on the upper surface of the PUEA tack coat was higher than that on the lower surface,and the polyurethane migrated to the surface of the tack coat during the forming process.The tracking resistance performance of tack coat was significantly improved at a small dosage of waterborne polyurethane.The PUEA tack coat with self-migration function has important application value in the construction and maintenance of highway asphalt pavement.
