摘  要:从高碱介质中分离铬酸盐,得到铬酸钡中间产物,通过酸溶解还原,得到氢氧化铬。然后利用过氧化氢的氧化性和酸度,以氢氧化钠为钠源,准确调节反应条件使氢氧化铬直接氧化成铬酸钠,无副产物。研究反应温度、反应时间、液固比、搅拌速度、过氧化氢用量和铬碱摩尔比对铬氧化率的影响,并通过响应曲面法对反应条件进行优化。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:碱铬摩尔比2.15∶1,液固比3.9∶1 mL/g,双氧水剂量(理论倍数)1.86,反应温度88℃、搅拌速度300 r/min。在此条件下反应90 min,铬氧化率可达到99.56%。The method of separation of chromate from high alkali medium by barium salt to get the intermediate product of barium chromate was proposed,and through the acid dissolution reduction method to get chromium hydroxide.Then,using the oxidability and acidity of hydrogen peroxide,it takes sodium hydroxide as a sodium source and accurately regulates the reaction conditions.The chromium hydroxide is directly oxidized to sodium chromate without by-products.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio,stirring speed,quantity of hydrogen peroxide,and chromium alkali molar ratio have been studied,the reaction process was optimized by response surface method.The results showed that the optimal reaction alkali chromium molar ratio 2.15∶1(stoichiometric ratio),liquid-solid ratio 3.9∶1 mL/g,theoretical multiple of hydrogen peroxide 1.86,temperature conditions were 88℃and agitation speed of 300 r/min.Under this condition,the chromium oxidation rate can reach 99.56%for reaction 90 min.
