摘  要:结合碳酸盐岩油藏储层特征,研发了一种适用于高温高盐缝洞型油藏的深部堵水体系,组成为2%~5%聚丙烯酰胺+1.0%~1.4%酚醛树脂+0.01%~0.014%偶氮二异丁氰,并加入2%~5%的改性橡胶粉作为增强剂。利用扫描电子显微镜观察发现,改性橡胶颗粒均匀地嵌入在聚合物交联网络中,大幅度增强了堵剂的稳定性。结果表明,堵剂耐温可达140℃,耐矿化度高达2.5×10^(5)mg/L,体系突破压力梯度可达8.05 MPa/m,封堵率高达90.33%,满足高温高盐油藏的堵水作业需求。A deep water plugging system suitable for high temperature and high salt fracture-cavity carbonate reservoir is developed.The system consisted of 2%~5%PAM+1.0%~1.4%phenolic resin+0.01%~0.014%AIBN+2%~5%modified rubber powder.Observed by SEM,the modified rubber particles are evenly embedded in the polymer cross-linked network,which greatly enhanced the stability of plugging agent.The results show that the temperature resistance of the plugging agent can reach 140℃,the salinity resistance can reach 2.5×10^(5) mg/L,the breakthrough pressure gradient can reach 8.05 MPa/m,and the plugging rate is up to 90.33%.This system meets the requirements of water plugging operation in high temperature and high salt reservoir.
