摘 要:以含双氧水的硅基清洗废硫酸和含大量亚铁离子及部分游离盐酸的钢材酸洗废液为原料,以磷酸为稳定剂,添加适量氧化铁粉,制备了一种经济、高效的新型复合型水处理高分子絮凝剂聚合硫酸氯化铁(PFCS),通过红外光谱、XRD和XPS分析PFCS的结构和组成。产品处理COD_(Cr)含量279.9 mg/L、总磷含量4.1 mg/L的造纸废水,当添加量为800 mg/L,COD_(Cr)去除率71.49%,总磷去除率99.02%。The silicon-based cleaning waste sulfuric acid with hydrogen peroxide and steel acid cleaning waste liquid with large amount of ferrous ions and partial free hydrochloric acid are used as raw materials.Then an appropriate dosage of iron oxide powder was employed.A new economical and efficient composite water treatment macromolecular flocculant polyferric sulfate(PFCS)was synthesized.The structure and composition of PFCS were studied by FTIR,XRD and XPS.The paper waste water containing 279.9 mg/L COD_(Cr)and 4.1 mg/L total phosphorus was treated by the product.When the additive amount was 800 mg/L,the removal rate of COD_(Cr) was 71.49%and the removal rate of total phosphorus was 99.02%.
