摘 要:使用2-叔丁基苯酚、多聚甲醛得到3-叔丁基水杨醛,与五氟苯胺反应,得到水杨醛亚胺,随后进行金属络合反应,制得相应的络合物,使用1H NMR表征了配体及金属络合物的结构。制备氯化镁醇合物载体,制得高活性负载型FI催化剂,催化乙烯聚合活性达到32550 g PE/g Cat,所得聚合物的粘均分子量达到4.0×10^(6)g/mol以上,粒径为117.5μm,表观密度为0.35 g/cm^(3),分子量分布为3.8,熔点为136.5℃。Using 2-tert-butylphenol and paraformaldehyde as raw materials,3-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde was synthesized,and the salicylaldehyde imine ligand was synthesized with pentafluoroaniline.The ligand and titanium tetrachloride were reacted to prepare the metal complex,and the structure of the ligand and the metal complex was characterized by 1H NMR.Using magnesium chloride alcohol compound as a carrier,a highly active supported FI catalyst was prepared.The catalyst prepared was used to catalyze slurry polymerization,showing an activity of 32550 g PE/g Cat.The molecular weight shows more than 4.0×10^(6)g/mol.The polymer particle size shows 117.5μm,the apparent density shows 0.35 g/cm^(3),the molecular weight distribution shows 3.8,the melting point shows 136.5℃.
