摘  要:综述了电热涂料的应用领域,自控温机理、自控温性能的影响因素,分析了隧道效应理论、热膨胀理论等多种控温机理;分析了导电填料、聚合物基体的种类以及占比、球磨、丝网印刷等制备工艺以及辐照交联和偶联剂等改性技术对电热涂料控温性能的影响。提出了现阶段电热涂料存在自控温性能、耐久性、工作稳定性差的问题;对电热涂料未来的发展趋势进行了展望。The application fields of electrothermal coatings,the mechanism of self-control temperature,the factors influencing the self-control temperature performance,the tunneling effect theory,the thermal expansion theory and other temperature control mechanisms are reviewed;the influence of the preparation processes such as the types and proportion of conductive fillers,polymer matrix,ball milling,screen printing and other modification techniques such as irradiation crosslinking and coupling agents on the temperature control performance of electrothermal coatings is analyzed.The problems of self-control performance,durability and poor working stability of electrothermal coatings at the present stage are presented;the future development trend of electrothermal coatings is prospected.
