摘　　要：建立现代物流体系有助于西藏农畜产品的高效流通。“双循环”助力西藏更好地融入国内超大规模市场的大循环的同时,兼顾了全球市场,也对西藏与全国其他省区市协同构建新发展格局,促进经济高质量发展有重要作用。基于此,立足于“双循环”,以西部陆海新通道建设为切入点,充分结合当前西藏现代物流体系建设的实际,运用SWOT四要素分析法对西藏农畜产品现代物流体系发展中的各种优劣势、挑战与机遇以及战略与对策进行深入分析。最后,结合研究结论,从拓展物流体系多元化贸易交易方式、加强物流体系保障措施、完善现代物流支撑体系、推动物流体系转型升级、品牌建设推动产业协同发展五个方面对西藏农畜产品现代物流体系构建与发展提出了建议。Establishing a modern logistics system is conducive to the efficient circulation of agricultural and livestock products in Tibet.The"dual circulation"will help Tibet to better integrate into the big cycle of China's super-large-scale market,and at the same time give consideration to the global market,which will play an important role in building a new development pattern in cooperation with other provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China and promoting high-quality economic development.Based on this,this paper,based on the"double cycle",takes the construction of the new land,expanding sea passage in the west as the breakthrough point,fully combines the reality of the current construction of modern logistics system in Tibet,and uses SWOT four-factor analysis method to deeply analyze the advantages and disadvantages,challenges and opportunities,as well as strategies and countermeasures in the development of modern logistics system of agricultural and livestock products in Tibet.Finally,based on the research conclusions,suggestions are put forward for the construction and development of modern logistics system for agricultural and livestock products in Tibet from five aspects:expanding trade modes,expanding safeguard measures,improving the support system,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the logistics system and promoting the coordinated development of industries with brand building.
