广元港水运物流发展面临的挑战与对策研究

摘　　要：广元港作为嘉陵江上重要港口之一,发展水运物流有着得天独厚的优势。本文介绍广元港水运物流港口建设情况、通航建筑建设情况、运力运量情况、效益情况以及铁水联运建设情况,分析航道“通而不畅”、运能运量不足、多式联运受限以及协调机制不健全的问题。最后从加强基础设施建设;提升水上运输能力;加强发展适合铁水联运的产业;健全协调调度机制;增加货运资源等方面提出解决对策。As one of the important ports on the Jialingjiang river,Guangyuan Port has a unique advantage in developing waterborne logistics.This paper introduces the current situation of Guangyuan port construction,navigable building construction,transport capacity,benefit and rail-water intermodal transport,analyzes the problem of"built but not complete"of channel,lack of transport capacity,limitation of multimodal transport and unsound coordination mechanism.According to the problems,finally proposes countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction,enhancing waterborne capacity,strengthen the development of industries for rail-water intermodal transport,improve coordinated scheduling mechanism and increase freight resources.
