摘  要:为了提高挖掘机液压激振系统运行稳定性,开发了一种同时包含先导阀与二通插装阀的插装型激振阀,有效克服了传统滑阀式电液伺服激振阀存在低频宽的缺陷。通过设置不同系统压力与节流孔径来获得相应激振频率,使激振系统成本显著下降。研究结果表明:换向阀的阀芯位移呈现正弦特征,换向行程为7.12 mm,换向频率282 Hz。设定节流孔直径为6 mm时,换向频率达到312 Hz,换向行程增大至8 mm最高值。换向频率与面积比间呈正相关特征。提高系统压力后,换向阀达到了更大换向频率。仿真与实验结果显示:变化规律基本一致,相对于仿真曲线,实验得到的激振频率更小,验证了本设计系统的正确性。该研究结构易于实现,具有较好的推广价值。In order to improve the operating stability of excavator hydraulic vibration excitation system,a cartridge type vibration excitation valve containing pilot valve and two-way cartridge valve is developed,which effectively overcomes the defect of low frequency and wide frequency of traditional slide valve electro-hydraulic servo vibration excitation valve.By setting different system pressure and throttling aperture to obtain corresponding excitation frequency,the cost of excitation system is reduced significantly.The results show that the spool displacement of the reversing valve presents sinusoidal characteristics,the reversing stroke is 7.12 mm,and the reversing frequency is 282 Hz.When the diameter of the throttle hole is set as 6 mm,the reversing frequency reaches 312 Hz and the reversing stroke increases to the maximum value of 8 mm.Positive correlation between reversing frequency and area ratio.After increasing the system pressure,the reversing valve reaches a greater reversing frequency.The simulation and experimental results show that the change law is basically the same,which verifies the correctness of the design system.Compared with the simulation curve,the experimental excitation frequency is smaller.This research structure is easy to realize and has good popularization value.
