摘  要:随着电子、通信和能源领域的不断发展,器件不断朝着高性能化,小型化和低延迟化演变,对材料的介电性能提出了越来越高的要求。聚丙烯(PP)基介电复合材料,由于其低介电损耗、高击穿强度和优异的加工性能受到工业界和学术界关注。本文从介电复合材料的多层次结构出发,总结了其基本的影响因素:分子链化学结构,分子链结晶结构,填料含量,填料介电常数,填料形貌与取向和填料表面改性。其次从聚丙烯基介电复合材料的应用场景(电容器薄膜、5G通信)出发,归纳了聚丙烯基介电复合材料在高储能、耐高温和低介电方面的最新研究进展,最后对聚丙烯介电复合材料的研究进行展望,为聚丙烯介电材料的高性能化指明了前景。With the continuous development of electronic,communication and energy fields,devices continued to evolve towards high performance,miniaturization and low latency,which putted forward higher and higher requirements for the dielectric properties of materials.Polypropylene(PP)-based dielectric composites had attracted much attention from industry and academia due to their adjustable dielectric constant,low dielectric loss,high breakdown strength and excellent processing performance.In this paper,the influencing factors of current dielectric composites(molecular chain chemical structure,crystalline structure,filler content,filler dielectric constant,filler morphology and orientation and filler surface modification)were systematically summarized,and the latest research progress in high energy storage,high temperature resistance and low dielectric was summarized from the application scenarios of polypropylene dielectric materials(capacitor film,5G communication),and finally the research of polypropylene dielectric composites was prospected,which pointed out the prospect for the high performance of polypropylene dielectric materials.
