摘  要:表面结冰是飞行器运行的重大挑战,除去冰、霜、雪等污染物是确保飞行安全的基础。传统除冰方法存在耗能大、设备重、环境污染等不足。疏冰材料具有抑制表面结冰、降低表面冰层附着力功能,是基于材料表面性能开发新型飞行器除防冰方法颇具潜力的方向之一。本文从疏冰概念出发,关注疏冰材料在飞行器表面除防冰应用中的研究。从结构性能、原理研究和成果应用等方面,综述基于超疏水性能的疏冰材料在飞行器除防冰领域的研究进展,并展望了其应用前景及未来研究方向。Surface icing was a major issue of aircraft operations and the foundation of safe operation was removing any contaminants on surface like ice,frost or snow.The defects of general de-icing methods were energy consuming,heavy equipment required and leading to environmental contamination.Ice phobic material was an advanced material,which was found by recent studies and had ability to inhibit surface icing and decrease ice adhesion,and one of the attractive potential strategies to developing new aircraft surface de-icing methods derived from material's surface properties.This review started from the conception of ice phobic materials then focused on their applications on aircraft surface de-icing.The research progress of ice phobic materials with super-hydrophobicity on aircraft anti-icing was comprehensively described on study results and applications.Finally,the application prospects and future research directions of icephobic materials were described.
