摘 要:分析总结国内外聚碳酸酯(PC)化学解聚技术的研究进展。重点介绍了PC的热解法、水解法、醇解法、氨解法和氢解法等化学解聚方法的研究情况,指出醇解法是目前最适用于PC解聚工业化的方法。同时根据催化剂选择是化学解聚工业化落地研究的重点,比较了碱金属氢氧化物、离子液体和低共熔溶剂等催化剂的优缺点,指出目前PC化学解聚研究遇到的难点和研发方向,提出了我国PC解聚绿色循环的发展方向,以期对我国PC产业的发展提供参考和补充。The research progress of chemical depolymerization technology of polycarbonate(PC)at home and abroad was analyzed and summarized.The research on chemical depolymerization methods of PC,such as,pyrolysis,hydrolysis,alcoholysis,ammonolysis,hydrogenolysis and so on,were mainly introduced.It points out that alcoholysis is the most suitable method for the industrialization of PC depolymerization at present.At the same time,according to the fact that the selection of catalyst is the focus of the industrial implementation research of chemical depolymerization,the advantages and disadvantages of the catalysts,such as,alkali metal hydroxide,ionic liquid and low eutectic solvent are compared.It indicates the difficulties and research directions in the current research of PC chemical depolymerization.The development direction of PC depolymerization green cycle in China is proposed,in order to provide reference and supplement for the development of Chinese PC industry.
