摘 要:以丁二酸酐(SAA)与1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料,采用开环法合成了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),研究了醇酸物质的量比、聚合温度和聚合时间对PBS酯化产物的羧基反应程度和缩聚产物性能的影响,对产物进行了分子量及分布、特性黏度、熔体质量流动速率和酸值、色度、力学等结构与性能的测试,确定了开环法合成PBS的最佳工艺条件:醇酸物质的量比为1.2,酯化温度为180℃,酯化时间为120 min,缩聚温度为240℃,缩聚时间为180 min。结果表明该工艺合成PBS的熔体质量流动速率和酸值低,颜色白,特性黏度高,分子量分布窄,在4%(体积分数)乙酸、70℃/2 h的迁移条件下,总迁移量为6.7 mg/dm^(2)。Polybutylene succinate(PBS)was synthesized from succinic anhydride and 1,4-butanediol by ring opening method.The effects of the monomer molar ratios,polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the degree of carboxyl reaction of PBS esterification products and the properties of polycondensation products were studied.The structures and properties of the products,such as,molecular weight and distribution,intrinsic viscosity,melt mass-flow rate,acid value,chromaticity and mechanical properties were tested.The optimum technological conditions are determined which the monomer molar ratio is 1.2,the esterification temperature is 180℃,the esterification time is 120 min,the polycondensation temperature is 240℃,the polycondensation time is 180 min.The PBS product synthesized by this process has low melt index and carboxyl content,white color,high intrinsic viscosity,narrow molecular weight distribution,and the total migration amount is 6.7 mg/dm^(2)under the migration condition of 4%(volume fraction)acetic acidat 70℃/2h.
