摘  要:通过五氧化二磷(P_(2)O_(5))与丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)反应制备得到水性光固化阻燃单体,并将其运用于水性光固化聚氨酯(WPUA)阻燃,解决添加型阻燃剂导致乳液不稳定问题。通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧、锥形量热等测试评判材料的阻燃性能,结果表明,当水性阻燃单体添加量为20%时,材料的LOI达到24.6%,垂直燃烧达到UL94 V-0级。水性阻燃单体不影响WPUA乳液稳定性,固化时参与共聚,能提升复合材料的热稳定性,具有优异的本体阻燃性能。Aqueous light-cured flame retardant monomers were prepared by reacting phosphorus pentoxide(P_(2)O_(5))with hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)and applied to waterborne light-cured polyurethane(WPUA)flame retardant.It solved the problem of emulsion instability caused by addition of flame retardants.The flame retardant performance of the material was evaluated by the ultimate oxygen index,vertical combustion and cone calorimetry tests.The results show that the limit oxygen index(LOI)value of the material reaches 24.6%when 20%aqueous flame retardant monomer is added,and the vertical burning performance reaches UL94 V-0 level.The aqueous flame retardant monomer does not affect the stability of WPUA emulsion and participates in copolymerization during curing,which can enhance the thermal stability of the composite material and has excellent intrinsic flame retardant performance.
