摘 要:本研究基于型号为PRO-BLK 10的光敏树脂材料的立体光刻技术(SLA)打印成型的面心立杆立方(FCCZ)单胞的力学性能。通过材料准静态拉伸与压缩实验获得PRO-BLK 10材料的主要力学性能参数。通过FCCZ单胞准静态压缩实验,比较不同长径比(L/D)FCCZ单胞的破坏模式。基于实验结果计算并比较不同长径比FCCZ单胞的等效应力-应变关系、极限压缩强度和等效弹性模量。结果表明,SLA打印FCCZ单胞的最大等效应力随着长径比的增加而增加。基于对FCCZ单胞等效弹性模量和破坏模式的分析,将10种不同长径比的FCCZ单胞试样分为三组。相同破坏模式下FCCZ单胞的等效弹性模量近似等差数列式增加,不同破坏模式下其等效弹性模量具有显著的差异。This paper investigated the mechanical properties of the face-centered cube with vertical struts(FCCZ)unit cell printed with Stereo Lithography Appearance(SLA)and the photosensitive-resin material PRO-BLK 10.The main mechanical properties of the material PRO-BLK 10 were obtained with the quasi-static tensile and compression tests.With the aid of the quasi-static compression test of the FCCZ unit cells,the failure modes of FCCZ unit cells of different length-to-diameter ratios were comparatively analysis.Based on the tests,the relationship between effective stress and effective strain,ultimate compressive strength,and effective modulus of elasticity,with respect to the FCCZ unit cells with various length-to-diameter ratios,were calculated and contrasted.The results indicate that the maximal effective stress increases with the length-to-diameter ratio for FCCZ unit cells printed by the SLA.The FCCZ unit cells with ten length-to-diameter ratios are divided into three groups based on the analysis of the equivalent modulus of elasticity increases with an arithmetic progression.However,the effective moduli of elasticity significantly differs for FCCZ unit cells with different failure modes.
