摘　　要：为满足铁路综合视频监控系统智能化应用及高效运维的发展需求,进一步发挥《铁路综合视频监控系统技术规范》标准在铁路建设、运用中的指导作用,结合国标、新技术发展情况对该标准进行修订。在标准修订过程中,以“技术更先进、功能更丰富、互联更规范、管理更便捷、系统更安全”为修订目标,重点完善视频监控系统的管理功能,丰富视频监控系统的互联协议,增加系统性能要求,更新设备技术指标。从标准修订背景、标准修订目标、新标准主要特色、功能性能修订意义等方面,详细阐述《铁路综合视频监控系统技术规范》的变化。In order to meet the development needs of intelligent application and efficient operation and maintenance of the integrated railway video monitoring system,and further play the guiding role of the Technical Specification for Integrated Railway Video Monitoring System in railway construction and application,this standard has been revised in combination with national standards and new technologies development.In the process of standard revision,“more advanced technology,richer functions,more standardized interconnection,more convenient management,and more secure system”as the revision goal,some tasks are fulfilled including improving the video system management function,enriching the video system interconnection protocol,increasing the system performance requirements,and updating the equipment technical indicators.The changes of Technical Specification for Integrated Railway Video Monitoring System are elaborated from the aspects of the standard revision background,standard revision objectives,main features of the new standard,and the significance of the function and performance revision.
