摘 要:针对道岔转换设备故障率高,影响列车运行效率和安全的问题,研发了道岔转换设备安全参数实时监测系统。在不改变原有道岔转换设备结构的前提下,利用磁致伸缩位移传感器、销轴传感器、垫片式压力传感器、一体化振动变送器等,测量道岔转换密贴值、道岔转换阻力、锁闭压力和基本轨振动,从而实现道岔转换设备各项安全参数的监测;利用既有信号电缆作为通信和电源传输通道,将监测信息传输至信号机械室内,数字化展示道岔转换设备的运用状态。经过现场试验验证:该系统实现了道岔转换设备安全参数的实时监测,为道岔转换设备日常维修和养护提供了科学有效的技术手段,可促进道岔转换设备维修模式由“周期修”向“状态修”转变,保障道岔转换设备的安全可靠运用。Aimed at resolving the high failure rate of turnout switching equipment,which affects train operation efficiency and safety,a real-time monitoring system for safety parameters of turnout switching equipment has been developed.Without changing the structure of the original turnout switching equipment,magnetostrictive displacement sensors,pin sensors,gasket pressure sensors,and integrated vibration transmitters are used to measure the turnout switching close-fitting value,turnout switching resistance,locking pressure,and stock rail vibration,thereby achieving the monitoring of various safety parameters of the turnout switching equipment.By using the existing signal cable as the communication and power transmission channel,the monitoring information is transmitted to the signal machinery room to digitally display the operation status of the turnout switching equipment.After on-site testing and verification,the system has achieved real-time monitoring of safety parameters of turnout switching equipment,providing a scientific and effective technical means for daily maintenance of turnout switching equipment,promoting the transformation of turnout switching equipment maintenance mode from“periodic maintenance”to“state maintenance”,and ensuring the safe and reliable application of turnout switching equipment.
