摘 要:为解决高铁信号中继站因水灾、火灾而严重损坏时,传统应急方式难以快速修复,对运输效率影响极大的问题,提出高速铁路应急信号中继站方案,采用信号中继站现场设备整体替代的方式,达到受损信号中继站功能快速恢复的目的。应急信号中继站基于箱式机房设计,机房内信号核心设备列控中心系统不纳入定型设置,而是根据现场既有TCC设备型号的需求进行适配;应急信号中继站与室外设备接口控制电路可统一定型设计,相关配线在工厂预制;应急信号中继站与继电电路的驱采接口设计,在兼顾多种继电接口方式的基础上,以最大程度减少现场施工拆配线工作量为原则,进行包容性定型,通过现场拆配线实现与既有TCC继电接口方式适配。应急信号中继站可有效提高在严重损坏情况下的应急抢险效率,具有较大实用价值。In order to solve the problem of traditional emergency method being difficult to quickly repair and greatly affecting transportation efficiency when the signaling relay station of high-speed railway is severely damaged due to flood,fire and other reasons,an emergency signaling relay station scheme is proposed to realize the rapid recovery of the damaged signaling relay station function by replacing the on-site equipment of the signaling relay station as a whole.The emergency signaling relay station is based on box-type machine room design and the signal core equipment train control center system in the computer room is not included in the standardized setting,but is adapted according to the requirements of existing TCC equipment models on site.The interface control circuit between the emergency signaling relay station and outdoor equipment can be uniform design,and the related wiring is prefabricated in the factory.On the basis of taking into account a variety of relay interface modes,it carries out inclusive design based on the principle of maximizing the workload of on-site construction disassembly and distribution,and adapts to the existing TCC relay interface mode on emergency site through on-site disassembly and distribution.The scheme can effectively improve the emergency rescue efficiency in case of serious damage of high-speed rail signaling relay station and has great practical value.
