摘 要:针对当前铁路无线电监测体系建设尚不完善,监测基础设施还不完备,监测技术能力仍有欠缺等问题,深入分析铁路无线电监测特点和所面临的挑战,提出铁路无线电监测体系建设整体思路:遵循“移动式监测为主,固定式监测为辅,便携式监测补充”的建设原则;构建多层级联动的监测系统,逐步形成覆盖全国铁路主要线路的监测站(网);坚持因情施策,根据不同监测任务选用合适的监测方式。在此基础上,给出体系建设的具体建议,为铁路无线电监测站(网)规划建设提供参考。In response to the current problems of incomplete construction of railway radio monitoring system,the insufficiency of monitoring infrastructure,and the inadequacy of monitoring technical capability,the characteristics and challenges of the railway radio monitoring are analyzed in depth.Based on that,the overall idea of the construction for railway radio monitoring system is put forward,that is,following the construction principle of“Mobile monitoring is the main part,fixed monitoring is the auxiliary part,and portable monitoring is the supplement”.Building a multi-level monitoring system and gradually forming a monitoring station network covering the main railway lines of the country are proposed.And insisting on implementing policies according to the situation,and selecting appropriate monitoring methods according to different monitoring tasks are put forth.On this basis,specific suggestions for system construction are given,which can provide reference for the planning and construction of railway radio monitoring stations(or network).
