摘  要:通过对S700K-C转辙机遮断开关现场故障信息的汇总,分析典型故障产生的原因;基于参数化建模技术,建立S700K-C转辙机新遮断开关方案的参数化模型;运用Solidworks中Simulation的频率及静应力分析模块,对新遮断开关的主要结构件进行仿真分析;对比新旧主体结构件的模态、变形量及最大主应力参数,认为新遮断开关在抗振性、耐磨性及安全冗余度上都有显著提高,更适应现场运营环境及用户易维护需求。依据转辙机振动试验的相关要求,对新构件进行试验验证,结果显示:新遮断开关实际变形量及磨损情况与仿真分析吻合,完全满足设计要求;仿真分析为结构设计提供了有效的理论依据,缩短了研发周期,对提高转辙机及关键部件的可靠性具有重要意义。By summarizing the on-site fault information of cut-off switch of S700K-C point machine,the causes of typical faults are analyzed.Based on the parametric modeling technique,the parametric model of the new cut-off switch schemes of S700K-C point machine is established.The frequency and static stress analysis module of Solidworks Simulation is used to simulate and analyze the main structural parts of the new cut-off switch scheme.By comparing the modal,deformation,and maximum principal stress parameters of the main structural parts of the new scheme,it is concluded that the new scheme has significantly improved the vibration resistance,wear resistance and safety redundancy,which is more suitable for the on-site operation environment and the user maintenance requirements.According to the relevant requirements of the vibration test of the point machine,the new scheme is tested and verified.The verification results showed that the actual deformation and wear condition of the new scheme are consistent with the simulation analysis,fully met the design requirements.The simulation analysis provided an effective theoretical basis for the structural design,shortened the research and development cycle,and is of great significance for improving the reliability of the switch machine and key components.
