微视频联合微信健康教育在牙周病患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微视频联合微信健康教育在牙周病患者中的应用效果。方法选取牙周病患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上给予微视频联合微信健康教育护理干预。对两组患者口腔健康知识认知率、治疗依从性、治疗效果和护理满意度进行比较。结果研究组干预后口腔健康知识总认知率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后总依从性(95.56%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);研究总有效率(88.89%)明显高于对照组(68.89%)(P<0.05);研究组总满意度(88.89%)明显高于对照组(71.12%)(P<0.05)。结论对牙周病患者实施微视频联合微信健康教育能显著提升患者口腔健康知识认知度,提升临床治疗依从性,治疗效果较为明显,有助于形成良好的医护关系,提升患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video combined with WeChat health education in patients with periodontal disease.Methods 90 patients with periodontal disease were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases).Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the study group received micro-video combined with WeChat health education nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The recognition rate of oral health knowledge,treatment compliance,clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total recognition rate of oral health knowledge in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance of the study group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study(88.89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.89%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group(88.89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.12%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of micro-video combined with WeChat health education for patients with periodontal disease can significantly improve patients'oral health knowledge awareness and clinical treatment compliance.The treatment effect is relatively obvious,which helps to form a good relationship between doctors and nurses,improve patient satisfaction with care,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
