摘　　要：在“双碳”目标背景下,基于“两山”理念原型基础所形成的生态经济新发展策略,实现了国家制度与生态法理的同构,在阐释生态供给模型与市场化机制、生态系统模型与国家立法机制、生态复合模型与生态经济机制等关系基础上,从树立整体乡村生态文明观、加强乡村科学规划和绿色管理、推进生态文明建设制度协同、充分发挥生态文明框架效应等方面探索生态架构新发展策略的多维路径。Under the background of the“double carbon”goal,the new development strategy of ecological economy based on the prototype of the“two mountains”concept has realized the isomorphism of national system and ecological jurisprudence.On the basis of expounding the relationship between the ecological supply model and the market-oriented mechanism,the ecological system model and the national legislative mechanism,the ecological composite model and the ecological economic mechanism,the article sets up the concept of overall rural ecological civilization.We should strengthen scientific rural planning and green management,promote the institutional coordination of ecological civilization construction,and give full play to the framework effect of ecological civilization to explore a multi-dimensional path for new development strategies of ecological architecture.
