摘　　要：本文介绍了BIM技术在建筑机电安装工程中的应用,通过该技术,可以实现施工材料统计、业主满意度提升、优化设计图纸、建立BIM组织运行机构、施工进度管理、三维碰撞检查、施工成本控制等方面的优势。BIM技术的应用使得建筑机电安装工程更加高效、精确和可持续,为行业发展提供了重要支持和指导。This paper introduces the application of BIM technology in construction electromechanical installation project.Through this technology,the advantages of construction material statistics,owner satisfaction improvement,optimization of design drawings,establishment of BIM organization and operation institution,construction schedule management,3D collision check,construction cost control and other aspects can be realized.The application of BIM technology obtains more efficient,accurate and sustainable construction electromechanical installation project,and provides important support and guidance for industry development.
