摘  要:针对当前防火玻璃窗阻燃隔热性能不足、耐火性差的问题,提出以一种加入XF复合阻燃剂改性夹层凝胶的新型复合防火玻璃。实验以隔热、耐火、抗热和抗寒为指标,对玻璃热性能进行表征。实验表明,当水性有机硅A和复合阻燃剂占比都是13%时,改性凝胶夹层的复合防火玻璃隔热性能最佳,有效隔温时间较一般夹层的防火玻璃提高了15min,而且加入复合阻燃材料提高了凝胶黏度,夹层在高温下,形成紧密有力的碳化层,以保持玻璃在不同状况下完整。Aiming at the problems of insufficient flame retardant and heat insulation performance and poor fire resistance of fireproof glass windows,a new composite fireproof glass with XF composite flame retardant modified interlayer gel is proposed.In experiments,the thermal properties of glass are characterized by taking thermal insulation,fire resistance,heat resistance and cold resistance as the indexes.Experiments show that,when the proportion of water-based silicone A and composite flame retardant is 13%,the composite fireproof glass of modified gel interlayer has the best thermal insulation performance,and the effective thermal insulation time increases by 15 min compared with the general laminated fireproof glass.The addition of composite flame retardant material improves the gel viscosity,and the interlayer forms a tight and powerful carbonized layer at high temperature to keep the glass intact at different conditions.
