摘　　要：文件控制管理在国际工程总承包项目管理中发挥着非常重要的作用,通过文件控制管理来实现整个项目中不同工程参与方和不同部门之间的信息交流,主要用于不同部门的信息传递和接收等。而在国际工程总承包项目中,做好各方的交流沟通工作是整个项目管理中非常重要的一个步骤,只有做好文件控制管理工作才能促进不同部门和参与方的交流沟通。本文就国际工程总承包项目文件的控制管理进行分析。Document control management plays a very important role in the management of international EPC projects.The information exchange between different project participating parties and different departments in the whole project is realized through document control management,which is mainly used for information transmission and reception among different departments.In the international EPC project,good communication among all parties is a very important step in the whole project management.Only by performing well in document control management,the communication and exchange between different departments and participating parties can be promoted.This paper analyzes the document control management of international EPC projects.
