摘　　要：目的 了解腹膜透析(PD)患者病耻感水平现状,并探讨其与照顾者共情能力的关系。方法 选择2020年1月—2021年12月医院收治的210例腹膜透析患者以及相应的210名主要照顾者为研究对象,采用多元线性回归分析影响PD患者病耻感的因素。采用社会影响量表(SIS)、中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)调查患者及照顾者。结果 210例PD患者病耻感总分平均为63.17±11.85分;PD照顾者共情能力总分为36.72±15.27分;多元线性回归分析显示,家庭年收入、文化程度、透析年限及共情能力中同情关怀和个人痛苦因子是影响患者病耻感水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论 PD患者病耻感处于中等水平,家庭年收入高、文化程度高、透析年限长、照顾者同情关怀水平高及个人痛苦因子水平越低的患者病耻感相对较低。同情关怀和与患者病耻感呈正相关,这为减弱PD患者病耻感的干预策略提供了新的方向。Objective To understand the status quo of peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients'level of stigma and to explore the relationship with caregivers'empathy.Methods 210 peritoneal dialysis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 and the corresponding 210 primary caregivers were selected as the study subjects,the factors aff ecting PD patients'sense of shame were analysed by using multiple linear regression.The Social Infl uence Scale(SIS)and the Chinese version of the Interpersonal Response Pointer Scale were used to investigate the patients and care givers.Results The average total score of the sense of shame of 210 PD patients was 63.17±11.85 points.the total score of the PD caregiver's empathic ability was 36.72±15.27 points.the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the annual family income,cultural level,years of dialysis,and sympathetic caring and personal suff ering factors of empathic ability were the factors aff ecting the level of the patients'sense of shame(P<0.05).Conclusion PD patients'sense of shame was at a moderate level,and patients with high annual family income,high literacy,long years on dialysis,high level of compassionate care from caregivers and lower level of personal distress factor had relatively lower levels of sense of shame.The positive correlation between compassionate care and and patients'sense of shame provides a new direction for intervention strategies to attenuate the sense of shame in PD patients.
