健康行为互动模式的护理干预对女性肺癌患者自我管理能力和负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨健康行为互动模式的护理干预对女性肺癌患者自我管理和负性情绪的影响。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年6月唐山市工人医院住院的女性肺癌患者为研究对象。按组间基本资料匹配原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予健康行为互动模式的护理干预。比较两组患者的自我管理能力和负性情绪情况。结果 双因素方差分析结果显示,两组患者在护理干预前、干预后1个月、3个月,自我管理能力和希望量表(HHI)得分呈增加趋势,焦虑和抑郁得分呈降低趋势,时间之间差异有统计学意义(P_(时间)<0.05);干预后1个月、3个月,自我管理能力和希望量表(HHI)得分观察组高于对照组,焦虑和抑郁得分观察组低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P_(组间)<0.05);并且随观察时间延长,组间差异逐渐增大,差异有统计学意义(P_(交互)<0.05)。结论 对女性肺癌患者实施健康行为互动模式的护理干预可有效减少负性情绪,提高患者自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention of health behaviour interaction model on selfmanagement and negative emotions of female lung cancer patients.Methods Female lung cancer patients hospitalised in Tangshan Workers'Hospital from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of matching basic information between the groups.The control group was given conventional nursing care,the observation group was given nursing intervention of health behaviour interaction model.To compare the self-management ability and negative emotions of patients in the two groups.Results The results of Bi-factor ANOVA showed that in the two groups,before the nursing intervention,1 month and 3 months after the intervention,the scores of self-management ability and Heather Hope Index(HHI)showed an increasing trend,and the scores of anxiety and depression showed a decreasing trend,the diff erence between the times was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after the intervention,the scores of self-management ability and Heather Hope Index(HHI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05)The diff erence between the groups gradually increased with the prolongation of observation time,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of health behaviour interaction model for female lung cancer patients can eff ectively reduce negative emotions and improve patients'self-management ability.
