摘 要:目的 探讨微型摄像机辅助复盘教学法在手术室护士配合全膝关节表面置换手术培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年轮转骨科组的45名护士作为对照组,选取2021年轮转骨科组的45名护士作为观察组。由同样的老师对两组进行全膝关节表面置换手术配合复盘培训,对照组采用常规复盘教学法;观察组采用微型摄像机辅助复盘教学法,护士头戴微型摄像机,以第一视角记录全过程,老师根据影像资料进行相同内容培训。采用相同的考核方式和内容进行考核,并分别用手术医生满意度调查表和护士培训满意度调查表进行调查。结果 应用微型摄像机辅助复盘教学法进行全膝关节表面置换手术配合培训后,观察组护士临床实训考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后医生对观察组护士的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对培训的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在手术室护士配合全膝关节表面置换手术培训中实施微型摄像机辅助下复盘教学法可提高手术室护士临床实训的成绩、医生对其配合的满意度以及手术室护士对全膝关节表面置换手术培训的满意度。Objective To explore the application eff ect of micro-camera-assisted review teaching method in the training of operating room nurses cooperation with total knee surface replacement surgery.Methods 45 nurses from the 2020 rotating orthopaedic group were selected as the control group,45 nurses from the 2021 rotating orthopaedic group were selected as the observation group.The same teacher trained and received both groups in total knee joint surface replacement surgery,the control group used the conventional review teaching method;the observation group used the micro-camera-assisted review teaching method,where the nurses wore microcameras on their heads to record the whole process from the first viewpoint,and the teacher trained the same content according to the image data.The same assessment method and content were used for the assessment,and the surgeon's satisfaction questionnaire and the nurse training satisfaction questionnaire were used for the survey respectively.Results After applying the micro-camera-assisted review teaching method for total knee surface replacement surgery with training,the theoretical knowledge assessment scores and clinical practical training assessment scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The doctors'satisfaction with the nurses of the observation group after training was higher than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Satisfaction of the observation group nurses with the training was higher than that of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of micro-camera-assisted replay teaching method in the training of operating theatre nurses with total knee surface replacement surgery can improve the performance of the clinical training of operating theatre nurses,the doctor's satisfaction with their cooperation,and the satisfaction of the operating theatre nurses with the tra
