摘　　要：目的 探讨红外光电离子辐射联合心理护理干预在乳腺小叶增生症患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年1月医院收治的乳腺外科门诊治疗的93例乳腺小叶增生症患者为研究对象。根据组间基本资料匹配原则分为对照组46例和观察组47例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用红外光电离子辐射联合心理护理干预。比较两组中医症状积分、心理状态、生活质量、不良反应及半年内复发率。结果 采用红外光电离子辐射联合心理护理干预后,两组患者乳房肿块、乳房胀痛、月经情况、胸闷太息评分均降低,但观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前两组患者心理状态评分及生活质量总评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者心理状态评分低于对照组,生活质量总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 红外光电离子辐射联合心理干预能有效改善乳腺小叶增生症患者临床症状与心理状态,并能提高生活质量,降低复发风险。Objective To explore the application effect of infrared photoionisation radiation combined with psychological nursing intervention in patients with breast lobular hyperplasia.Methods 93 patients with breast lobular hyperplasia treated in the breast surgery outpatient clinic admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into 46 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the observation group according to the principle of matching basic information between the groups.The control group applied conventional nursing care,and the observation group applied infrared photoelectric ionisation radiation combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare the TCM symptom score,psychological state,quality of life,adverse reactions and recurrence rate within six months between the two groups.Results After adopting infrared photoelectric ionisation radiation combined with psychological nursing intervention,breast lumps,breast swelling and pain,menstrual situation,chest tightness and too much breath scores of patients in both groups were reduced,but the observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The diff erence between the psychological state score and total quality of life score of the two groups of patients before nursing intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the psychological state score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the total quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared light ionisation radiation combined with psychological intervention can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms and psychological status of patients with breast lobular hyperplasia,improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of recurrence.
