浅层吸痰结合侧身拍背对患儿腹腔镜手术全身麻醉复苏质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨浅层吸痰结合侧身拍背对患儿腹腔镜手术全身麻醉复苏质量的影响。方法 选取2019年7月—2022年6月腹腔镜手术全身麻醉患儿90例为对研究对象,根据组间基本资料匹配原则将其分观察组A、观察组B以及对照组,各30例。在术后复苏期间,观察组A患儿给予浅层吸痰干预,观察组B患儿给予浅层吸痰结合侧身拍背干预,并在术前加用盐酸戊乙奎醚,对照组患儿给予常规深层吸痰干预,观察并比较三组患儿苏醒期不同时间点应激反应、躁动以及血氧饱和度。结果 实施浅层吸痰结合侧身拍背干预后,观察组B肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素以及血糖水平均优于观察组A和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组B血氧饱和度高于观察组A、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 浅层吸痰结合侧身拍背干预可降低腹腔镜手术患儿生理应激反应,有效缓解患儿躁动,提高血氧饱和度,进而提升全身麻醉复苏质量。Objective To explore the eff ect of superfi cial sputum suction combined with side patting on the quality of general anaesthesia resuscitation in children underwent laparoscopic surgery.Methods 90 cases of children with general anaesthesia for laparoscopic surgery from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group A,observation group B,and control group,each with 30 cases in each group,according to the principle of matching the basic information between the groups.During the postoperative resuscitation period,children in observation group A were given superfi cial sputum intervention,children in observation group B were given superfi cial sputum combined with lateral back patting intervention and preoperative administration of pentylenetetrazol hydrochloride,and children in the control group were given conventional deep sputum intervention.The stress reaction,agitation and oxygen saturation levels of the three groups were observed and compared at different time points during the awakening period.Results After the implementation of shallow sputum suction combined with lateral back patting,adrenaline,norepinephrine and blood glucose levels in observation group B were better than those in observation group A and control group,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05);oxygen saturation in observation group B was higher than that in observation group A and control group,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).Conclusion Superfi cial sputum suction combined with lateral back patting intervention could reduce the physiological stress response of children undergoing laparoscopic surgery,eff ectively alleviate children's agitation,improve oxygen saturation,and then improve the quality of general anaesthesia resuscitation.
