摘  要:目的 建立达芬奇机器人手术专科护士培训体系,为专业人才培养方案的制订提供依据。方法基于“结构-过程-结果”模型及循证医学的理念,通过德尔菲专家咨询法确定各级指标内容,经过2轮专家函询,所有专家意见趋于一致,确定最终指标。结果 最终形成包括7个一级指标、39个二级指标的达芬奇机器人手术专科护士培训体系。2轮专家函询问卷回复率均为100%,权威系数(Cr)为0.900,变异系数0~0.194,协调系数为0.091~0.213(P<0.05)。结论 采用德尔菲法构建达芬奇机器人专科护士培训体系具有一定的科学性和实用性,为提升护理服务质量及专业人才的培养提供指导与参考。Objective To establish a training system for Da Vinci robotic surgical nurses and provide a basis for the development of professional training programmes.Methods Based on the"structure-process-result"model and the concept of evidence-based medicine,the content of the indicators at all levels was determined by the Delphi expert consultation method,and the fi nal indicators were determined after two rounds of expert consultation and the opinions of all experts converged.Results The Da Vinci robotic surgical nurse training system was formed with 7 primary indicators and 39 secondary indicators,and the response rate of the questionnaires in the 2 rounds of expert consultation was 100%,with a coefficient of authority(Cr)of 0.900,coefficient of variation(CoV)of 0~0.194,and coeffi cient of concordance(CoeC)of 0.091~0.213(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the Delphi method to construct the Da Vinci robotic specialist nurse training system has a certain degree of scientificity and practicability,and provides guidance and reference for improving the quality of nursing services and the cultivation of professional talents.
