摘　　要：目的 探讨以超声图像为导向的经皮氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的围手术期临床护理要点。方法 总结2020年12月—2021年12月医院收治的12例乳腺良性肿瘤氩氦刀冷冻消融患者的临床资料,分析在准确识别超声图像基础上的术中护理配合下的疗效和并发症发生率。结果 12例患者均顺利完成氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗,通过围手术期综合护理,并发症发生率较低,并获得良好疗效。结论 经皮氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的患者应注重围手术期的综合护理,以超声图像为导向的术中护理措施对于提高手术的安全性和治疗效果具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the key points of perioperative clinical care for percutaneous argon-helium knife cryoablation of benign breast tumours guided by ultrasound images.Methods To summarize the clinical data of 12 cases of argon helium knife cryoablation of benign breast tumors admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to December 2021,and to analyse the effi cacy and complication rate of intraoperative nursing care based on accurate identification of ultrasound images.Results All 12 patients successfully completed argon-helium knife cryoablation treatment,with low complication rates and good effi cacy through comprehensive perioperative nursing care.Conclusion Percutaneous argon-helium knife cryoablation treatment of benign breast tumours should focus on comprehensive perioperative care,ultrasound image-oriented intraoperative nursing measures to improve the safety of the operation and therapeutic effi cacy had great signifi cance.
