摘　　要：心脏移植术是治疗终末期心力衰竭的有效手段,但是却面临着器官供体受限、移植术后感染及免疫排斥等诸多问题。随着科技的发展,左心室辅助装置被用作为终末期心力衰竭患者提供机械支持,作为心脏移植前的过渡治疗,或者恢复心脏功能的长期治疗,使终末期心力衰竭患者生活质量和寿命得到进一步提升。现总结医院第一例左心室辅助装置植入术围术期护理经验,包括:循环系统的护理,呼吸系统的护理,抗凝治疗的护理,术后并发症的预防及护理,心理护理,康复训练,出院前的培训及考核和出院健康宣教等。经过医护团队的精心治疗和护理,患者于术后39 d康复出院。Heart transplantation is an effective means of treating end-stage heart failure,but it faces many problems for example limited organ donors,post-transplantation infections and immune rejection.With the development of science and technology,left ventricular assist devices have been used to provide mechanical support to patients with end-stage heart failure,as a transitional treatment before heart transplantation,or as a long-term treatment to restore cardiac function,so that the quality of life and life expectancy of patients with end-stage heart failure can be further improved.To summarise the perioperative nursing experience of the fi rst case of left ventricular assist device implantation in the hospital,including:circulatory care,respiratory care,anticoagulant therapy care,prevention and care of postoperative complications,psychological care,rehabilitation training,pre-discharge training,assessment and discharge health promotion.The patients was discharged for 39 days after surgery with the careful treatment and nursing by the nursing team.
