摘  要:新建工厂事故气排放系统作为工厂安全的重要手段,其处理能力的设计不应无限放大。通过对全厂事故排放工况的分析及各装置最大背压的水力学计算,研究系统管网的投资与装置背压的关系,得到事故气排放系统的优化方案。为全厂事故气排放系统的优化提供一种新的思路。As an important means of plant safety,the design of the processing capacity of the accident gas emission system in a newly built plant should not be infinitely enlarged.Through the analysis of the accident discharge condition of the whole plant and the hydraulic calculation of the maximum back pressure of each device,the relationship between the investment of the system pipe network and the back pressure of the device was studied,and the optimization scheme of the accident gas discharge system was obtained.It provided a new way to optimize the accident gas emission system of the whole plant.
