摘 要:鞣酸是一种常用的药用辅料,但常规实验方法均不易鉴定其纯度。文章设计了一种基于络合体系浊度测定的方法,采用紫外测试体系在680nm的吸光度,并建立紫外吸光度-浓度的标准曲线。通过这种标准曲线法,测定了三种不同的鞣酸样品,测量结果RSD≤2%,且不受限于应用环境和样品浓度。该方法操作简便,重复性好,准确性高。Tannic acid is a commonly used pharmaceutical excipient,but it is difficult to identify its purity by conventional experimental methods.A turbidity measurement method based on complex system was designed.The absorbance of 680 nm was measured by UV,and the standard curve of UV absorbance-concentration was established.Three different tannic acid samples were determined by this standard curve method,and the RSD of the measurement was less than 2%,which was not limited to the application environment and sample concentration.The method has the advantages of simple operation,good repeatability and high accuracy.
