摘  要:手工焊接方法无法精确露天煤矿疏干排水涌水量,导致排水效果较差,提出露天煤矿疏干排水自动焊管机的研究与应用。利用单片机A/D转换功能采集信号,通过光电传感器传输信号,并传递给单片机处理。设计执行机构控制模块,采用专用伺服电机驱动系统,控制伺服马达,并设计相应驱动模块电源电路。编辑焊接工艺图,控制机床操作,采用疏干漏斗体积的计算方法,计算涌水量,控制焊枪开关,利用I/O控制模块处理信号和指令,完成自动焊管机设计。实验结果表明,该方法只有一小部分水流留在煤矿地层,最高排水效率为0.98,具有良好排水效果。Manual welding method can not accurately drain the water inflow of open-pit coal mine,resulting in poor drainage effect.This paper puts forward the research and application of automatic pipe welding machine for drainage of open-pit coal mine.The A/D conversion function of single chip microcomputer is used to collect the signal,and the signal is transmitted through the photoelectric sensor to the single chip microcomputer for processing.The control module of the actuator is designed,the servo motor is controlled by the special servo motor drive system,and the power supply circuit of the corresponding drive module is designed.It edits the welding process diagram,controls the operation of the machine tool,uses the calculation method of the volume of the drain funnel,calculates the water inflow,controls the switch of the welding gun,and uses the I/O control module to process the signals and instructions to complete the design of the automatic pipe welding machine.The experimental results show that only a small part of the water flow remains in the coal mine strata,and the highest drainage efficiency is 0.98,which has good drainage effect.
